Warranty
If you face any technical glitch during the warranty period (as per standard warranty offered, please refer to the document), please email us at Purchase@Cavalotec.com, to log a complaint. Warranty of products starts from the date of invoice.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your orders with below applicable charges-
Before product is dispatched, No penalty.
Once product is dispatched, product shall be accepted for return only if the return request is sent to our logistics Customer Care team in writing within 7 working days from invoice date.
Product returned must be in original condition and original packaging within 7 days of date of invoicing.
Used products can’t be accepted for return once the box are opened or unsealed.
